Conservationist at heart

I have explained to Maddison that we need to keep the lights turned off to save electricity. Today I went into her room to reopen the blinds she had closed to give her room some light and she growled at me in frustration and then said, "Mom, I was saving electricity!"

After dinner conversation

Me: "Maddison, let's get your face cleaned up."
Maddison: "No, I'll just lick."

Sage discovered today that she can crawl up and over this thing under the table. It helps if her pacifier is on the other side.
