It took us all day but we finally arrived at Grandma Munk's house in Nevada. Sage was certainly glad to be out of her car seat.
Maddison made a turkey hat for the occasion.

There were games in the kitchen, dining room and front room.
There was also plenty of cuddle time.
Grandma took us to the lower valley where her family has farmed for generations.
It was beautiful and really had this white ethereal feel with dark ominous clouds.
Maddison loved Grandma's star lamp and had to sleep with it every night.
And then it was back in the car for the long ride home. Thanks to everyone who made this such a wonderful Thanksgiving. We had a great time.
