Steve moved half his bridge last night. He has been working on building a new bridge (overpass) in Salt Lake City for the last year. The current preferred method is to build the bridge off to the side of the freeway and then move it into place once it is complete. This means the freeway only needs to be closed for a few hours instead of months. They will move the second half next weekend.
Steve got "front row seats" for Kelly (his sister) and I to go watch them move the bridge. Below are time laps videos of a portion of the move. These 24 second videos are actually 20 minutes of movement. It was pretty amazing. The video is a little dark so you have to watch closely.
So cool! I'm sure Steve's happy to get this stress over with.
